The following list of VHF-UHF power modules contains the part number,
the frequency band (this goes from 1 (!) MHz to 1.3 GHz), the maximum
bandwith, the minimum output power in Watts, the input power in mW
and the bias class (AB or C). Not only the Mitsubishi-modules are
mentioned here; there are also other types (Philips, Toshiba, ...).
It put the modules together in small groups of five pieces, to be more
easy to read.
Under the list you can find some precautions and recommendations
from the manufacturer of the modules...

PRECAUTIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

MOUTING AND HANDLING:
1. Thermal compound to achieve good heat conductance should be pplied between the module's fin and the heat sink.
2. When mounting a module to the system, do not apply excessive stress to the module's leads or the fin. In particular, if
there is some foreign body between the module's fin and the heat sink, the substrate of the module will be cracked by
screwing the module to the heat sink. Therefore, the surface of the heat sink must be as flat as possible.
3. When screwing a module to the heat sink, the recommended torque is 4-6 kg/cm when using 3mm diameter screws.
4. Solder the terminal block to the circuit board after screwing the module to the heat sink.
5. If the module falls onto a hard surface, it will be damaged by mechanical shock and can no longer be used.
SOLDERING:
1. The temperature of the lead soldering should be lower than 260øC and shorter than 10 seconds, or lower than 350øC and
shorter than 3 seconds.
2. Rosin flux, which is less corrosive and highly insulative, is recommended.
3. The recommended solvent for cleaning off residal flux is ethyl alcohol. Trichoethylene types should not be used.
MORE INFO:
1. All modules are 50 Ohm input/output. The power supply is 12.5 to 14 Vdc, except HT type (28 V).
2. Before installation, antenna switching PIN diodes should be tested (by using a normal Ohmmeter for Hi/Lo-resistance).
