Je viens de retrouver cet article de DL3IAE sur un forum Hollandais.

I had some time over the past few days and did some research on those 14 GHz GaAs-FETs removed from
ex-KU band Satcom amps. With some snowflaking (*) I obtained the following results on 10GHz:

TIM1414-2 ~6db gain, >2W out, easy tuning
TIM1414-4 ~6db gain, >4W out, easy tuning
TIM1414-7 ~5,5db gain, 6W out, needs good snowflaking
TIM1414-10 almost no gain, matching impossible

FLM1414-4 ~5,5db gain, >4W out, easy tuning
FLM1414-5 almost no gain, matching impossible
FLM1414-8 almost no gain, matching impossible

All in all quite disappointing results.
The PCB is made of Teflon and similar to the F6BVA designs, 50 Ohms microstrips in and out, bias and drain supply at 90 deg from the FET.
Et aussi d'un test avec un TIM 1414-15 : Pin 3.1 W - POut 6.45 W - I =5.1 A

Donc comme disais F6BVA et F5IGK : vraiment pas bon !!!
